This is the syrup we make and use in our amazing Pineapple Jalapeño Margarita at The Copper Room. Our recipe for that is below, but the crucial ingredient is this syrup. This jar should make you more than 6 margaritas.
1.5oz Aged Tequila (we use a reposado) .5oz Cointreau or Grand Marinier or Triple sec .5oz Freshly squeezed lime juice 2.5oz Pineapple Japapeño syrup
Note that this recipe is for a 10-12oz glass with ice.
