Our flagship beer. Late additions of Dakota Challenger, Amarillo and Citra hops create a big blend of juicy flavor. Hints of orange, mango and grapefruit. We double dry-hop for big aromas of grapefruit, passion fruit and stone fruit.
5.4% ABV - 10 IBU
A refreshing session beer with big flavors of orange peel and subtle hints of coriander. Finishes dry with very mild hop bitterness. Big carbonation dances on the tongue.
4.7% ABV - 19 IBU
We brewed a cream ale and added 15 pounds of roasted jalapeños. A hint of malt, slightly sweet, light and thirst-quenching, with a warming heat. Big roasted jalapeño aromas.
5.3% ABV - 17 IBU
A crisp Irish Red with a light, biscuit flavor. Malt-forward with very mild hop bitterness.
4.4% ABV - 16 IBU
A light biscuity beer with a dose of fresh strawberries. It’s refreshing and continues to surprise people who would not normally order a blonde ale.

This is a variant on our Kenny Pepper Cream Ale. We've added extra spice and pineapple juice.

We took a light, clean blonde ale and added 15 gallons of full-strength cold brew. It's a beauty.

This single-malt single-hop IPA features the Dakota Challenger hop grown below Chalkstone Hill outside of Yankton at 6th Meridian Hops. It celebrates our 200th batch of beer brewed.

We took a couple hundred gallons of the city's new 100% Reverse Osmosis water and brewed up a beer. Our goal with this one was to go light, clean, and crisp.

We challenged the brewers to come up with the best recipe they could using the "surplus parts" we had in stock. And it turned into this awesome stout.

A kettle sour with added Strawberry and Rhubarb.

This is a collaboration brew with JJ's Wine, Spirits & Cigars and the recipe is inspired by our Women's Beer Club. We brewed a brown ale and added hints of roasted red pepper and espresso.
